Carmakaze

Carmakze was the final project for my Bachelors Degree. Created with a team of five total designers, including myself, three artist and a producer. We created the game using Unity and C# coding.

Carmakze is a third person post apocalyptic vehicular battle royale. The player is an imprisoned gladiator who must earn their freedom by competing in the fights and being the last car standing.

My duties on the game included:

  • Creating the enemies

  • Coding enemies to move and attach

  • Player's weapons

  • Tutorial Level

  • Voice lines for tutorial

  • Win and Lose conditions

  • Game Manager

  • Damage Effects

  • Upgrade System

  • Ram Damage

  • Damage pop ups

  • Brake and Reverse Lights

  • Asset integration

Most of the free time I had with the game I spent helping my fellow designers with any issues they might have, play testing, debugging and typing out the documentation for the game.
